Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lavan.tools (the "Service"), operated by Lavan.tools, operated by Hamid Jafari ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Lavan.tools is currently offered as an early-access product. Features, limits, and availability may change, and some functionality may be incomplete or provided on a limited basis.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your account and credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@lavan.tools if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
2. The Service
Lavan.tools reads performance data from a Google Search Console property you connect and generates content recommendations and outlines based on that data. The recommendations are informational and are provided to help you make your own decisions. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic, business, or other outcome from using the Service or following its recommendations.
3. Google and Search Console connection
To use core features, you may connect a Google Search Console property that you own and have verified. When you connect a property, you authorize the Service to access your Search Console performance data on a read-only basis using Google's OAuth mechanism. You may disconnect a property at any time, which revokes the Service's stored access and deletes the stored performance data for that property. Your use of Google services through Lavan.tools is also subject to Google's applicable terms. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; connect a property you do not own or are not authorized to access; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' data, or related systems; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; reverse engineer or scrape the Service except as permitted by law; or use the Service to build a competing product by copying its non-public functionality. We may suspend or limit access to protect the Service or its users.
5. Availability
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis, especially during early access. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, including its software and content, except your own data and the content you provide. You retain rights to your data. You grant us the limited right to process your connected Search Console data solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any recommendation will improve your search performance.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing terms) will survive.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service develops. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
